These terms and conditions apply to goods and services provided by cutezie-poo designs

Approval of your designs all personalised designs must be approved before your final item is printed. please check your jpeg proof which will be sent on email carefully. cutezie-poo designs can not be held responsible for mistakes noticed after approval has been given.

Prices all prices shown include postage and packing to the UK mainland only. If you are outside the UK please contact us, as additional charges will apply. We reserve the right to change the prices, inline with postage rises and without prior warning.

Payment Payment for the goods and services are to be made by Paypal (sales@cutezie-poo.com). Your order will not be processed until funds have been received in full. Payment is your commitment to buying your ordered personalised item and acceptance of the terms and conditions, we can not refund due to a change of mind.

Refunds and Replacements Due to the fact our items are personalised to order, we can not accept returns unless the item is faulty. If your goods do not match with the approved proof please contact us and return the goods within 30 days. We can then arrange a replacement or a refund for you.

Delivery Cutezie-poo designs sends all items on a first class delivery within the UK. Orders will usually be dispatched within 10-20 working days from approval of your personalised design. You will be notified of any delay straight away. (If it means it will cause your items to miss the event for which they were intended, we will happily refund in this case).

Gifts the gifts on cutezie-poo.com are not toys (apart from puzzles!), the majority are keepsake gifts for special events in your child's life and should not be given directly to young children and babies for them to play with.

We respect you We respect your privacy and will not share your details with anyone else. We have no access to your credit/debit card details.

Respect of cutezie-poo You agree not to upload any unlawful, offensive or objectionable photo or image that concerns cutezie-poo designs. You agree not to post unlawful, offensive or objectionable messages in any discussions regarding cutezie-poo. You agree not to reproduce, sell or exploit any images or written content by cutezie-poo designs. (use of images only allowed with prior permission from me!)
