when you place your order, please let us know the date you would like your cake delivered on (orders taken for 2009 and 2010 dates). Please give at least 5 working days notice when ordering. your cake will be dispatched the day before the date given via royal mail first class service. If you require the parcel to be guaranteed to arrive on the date given, we recommend you upgrade your postage to a special delivery. (delivery on sunday not available, delivery to uk only).
Balloon creations last a couple of weeks and then start to get thinner although look the same.
your balloon birthday cake will be wrapped, boxed and posted with your personalised card, direct from the company that models the balloons. colours of balloons, boxes or any other components may vary from the picture shown and they reserve the right to substitute like for like items in the unlikely event that it is necessary.
Please note that they do not despatch any balloons on a Friday unless they have been upgraded to Special Delivery for Saturday.
Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns on the items purchased. Once a parcel is dispatched we cannot be held responsible for damage to the delivered item during transit. |
