the cutezie-poo style has kind of developed from my love of creating simplistic cute drawings and using vector graphics illustration applications to create images from shapes - I've actually been drawing on a mac since I was about 11 - so totally self taught! below are a few early examples i could find of my cutezie style! |

red bull stimulation arts competition 2000
in 2000 i entered a competition by red bull to create a piece of artwork from their cans. I was lucky enough to have my piece displayed at the exhibition at the royal college of art during october 2000. it was one of the first pieces you saw as you came in and alot of people commented how cute it was!

above: me with my artwork at the tender age of 21! there was free champers and a bar serving vodka redbulls!!! was a good night! |

our bell!
when we moved into our house in 2001, I bought a bell to go by the front door, and painted the cat to resemble one of our cats - with a little cutezie face!
the girls love ringing it!

icons for logos in stitches
these baby images were created for my friend Claire at logos in stitches to tie on with the items she had listed on her site at the time. |

invite for gracie
this is one of the first things I designed in what I now call my cutezie-poo range. For gracie's first birthday I created her a mug and birthday card in this style - the theme for her first birthday was butterfly princess! (you probably guessed that!!!) |
